How and where to pay for the service?
The easiest way to pay for the service is to buy an ID-ticket which can be bought by all owners of a valid ID-card. View additional information at www.pilet.ee.
The ID-ticket is primarily meant for the users of the university paid output services (printing, copying and scanning):
- a student, university clients or employees
- other clients can only use the copying and scanning service and print at the print location from a USB memory stick with the ID-ticket.
ID-ticket
With a mobile telephone
The quickest and most comfortable means of payment. It will take 1 to 2 minutes to make the payment. If the payment is successful, then the payer will be informed by SMS and the owner of a printing account will be informed by e-mail (the e-mail address needs to be previously registered).
Just call by mobilephone to number: 1312*530*"social security number" and push * for confirming purchase. Example: 1312*530*12345678909 wait instructions and push * to confirm purchase. Transaction and account registartion take normally about 1 minut and if everything is ok then you will recive confirmation SMS. You can start use services.
M-payment of mobile telephone operators (EMT, Elisa, Tele2)
This service can be used by all contractual clients of mobile telephone operators and call card users. You will need to be in possession of sufficient credit or you will need to have enough money on the calling card. Buying the ID-ticket will be noted on the mobile telephone bill.
How: Call the number 1312*type*social security number (insert the social security number of the person for whom the ID-ticket is bought). Press * to verify the payment. The social security number will only have to be inserted during the first payment, later calling 1312*type will be sufficient to obtain a new ticket for the same user. The type is 530 for 18-kroon payments, 503 for 50-kroon payments and 504 for 100-kroon payments.
You can use a mobile telephone to pay for your friend as well.
Example 1: Friend A does not have enough credit on the mobile telephone but has cash. Friend A pays Friend B 53 kroons. Friend B calls "1312*503*friend A’s social security number" and pays 50 kroons to Friend A's account. 3kr is the mobile payment service price.
Example 2: The student’s parents pay 100 kroons to the student’s printing account by calling "1312*504*student’s social security number".
The m-payment of banks (for clients of Hansapank and SEB Eesti Ühispank)
This payment method is mainly meant for owners of a company telephone. Company telephones usually disable buying ID-tickets, but every Hansapank or SEB client may connect their personal bank account to their currently used mobile telephone. The payer will need to make the corresponding contract at the Internet bank. More information about m-payment of banks can be found at the Internet banks.
How: Call the number 1214*1008*type and follow the voice instructions. This m-payment will enable buying the ID-ticket only to the person whose bank account is associated with the mobile telephone number in use. The type is 530 for 18-kroon payments, 503 for 50-kroon payments and 504 for 100-kroon payments.
Example: A student is working on the side and is in possession of an employer's telephone and an SEB Ühispank account. The student makes an m-payment contract at the SEB Ühispank Internet bank to buy an ID-ticket. The student associates the personal bank account with the employer’s mobile telephone number. When an ID-ticket is bought the necessary amount will be reserved from the student’s bank account and the payment will be made in 1-2 minutes.
The service fee will be 3 kr per payment if paying through a mobile telephone. Hence it is more useful to allocate money on the printing account rarely and through bigger payments than frequently with small payments.
Through the internet bank
This option is the least expensive for the student as the service fee is omitted (depending on the bank price listing, bank transfers are usually free for students).
If the payment is successful then the payer will be informed by SMS (if the payer has specified the wish to be informed) and the printing account owner will be informed by e-mail (the e-mail address needs to be previously registered).
The ticket can be bought through the Internet bank of Hansapank, SEB Eesti Ühispank, Nordea bank, Sampo bank and Krediidipank clients.

At the Copy Centre it is possible to associate the printing account with a suitable magnetic card in addition to the ID-card (For example: ISIC or bank card or some other customer card).
