Our forests are the foundation of Estonia’s economy and financial stability. Estonia’s natural environment is also very dear to Overall and we make a great effort to preserve and protect it. In accordance with the European directive WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment), all electrical and electronic waste equipment sold by Overall shall be collected and recycled after the end of their lifetime. Complying with the Packaging Act, we are preparing to begin the collection and recycling of product packaging. We have embraced nationwide Canon and Hewlett Packard printer and copier cassettes gathering and are forwarding them through Canon North-East Oy to Canon for recycling. We are keenly following environmental protection aspects and re-evaluating our respective processes to prepare our company to meet the ISO14000 requirements by 2007. Page: 1 2 3 4

Estonia’s natural environment is also very dear to Overall and we make a great effort to preserve and protect it.
