1990 — Soviet Union falls and Estonia is re-established as an independent country. After 15 years of servicing Canon copiers Andres Haamer establishes the official Canon service and sales company in Estonia — KTK Overall Ltd.

1991 — Official opening of KTK Overall service centre in Tallinn. KTK Overall Ltd. receives the official reseller and authorised maintenance centre status from Canon OY.

1992 — First branch office is opened in Viljandi, followed by a second office in Tartu (Estonia’s second largest city). KTK Overall participates in an international trade fair and uses it as a forum in Riga to recruit resellers from Latvia and Lithuania.

1993 — Overall is awarded the full-service dealer status by Canon OY. Overall gross-turnover exceeds 5,000,000 euros.

1995 – Overall is registered as a trademark. A new branch office is opened in Pärnu. Overall gains the third place in Canon’s pan-European service review.
