New premises for the
company headquarters

1996 — The company headquarters are moved to new spacious premises. New branch offices are opened in Rakvere and Kuressaare.

1997 — Overall launches the lease and rental service for Canon office machines. First “click-charge” based service contracts are signed with corporate customers.

1998 — New premises are opened for both Kuressaare and Tartu branches.

1999 — Apple computers are introduced to Overall’s product portfolio to promote the digital video camcorder sales.

2000 — Overall starts cooperation with Spielberg GmbH, document management solution provider. The first document management solution is implemented for the National Car Registry. Viljandi branch moves into new premises.
