This started a major transformation of the office equipment market. Since Estonia is on the forefront of IT development in the Baltic region, our customers were quick to adopt the benefits afforded by modern technology. In response to the demand Overall entered the business solutions’ market in 1999. Inspired by the new opportunities of digital colour print and office process software technologies, we started to develop complete workflow based solutions to our corporate customers. By 2002, we had established solution propositions for Print Accounting, Document Management and Archiving. We realigned the company’s vision in the same year and shifted our focus from supplying copy devices to becoming an enterprise offering its customers integrated document accounting, document management and digital multimedia imaging solutions.
